Your hog – either a whole or half pig – will be cooked entirely on site so that you can enjoy the full spectacle! 

If ever there was a breed of pig made for hog roasting the Large Black would be that pig.  With a nice layer of fat it lends itself to slow cooking which allows the fat to render gently through the meat keeping it beautifully moist.  By the time your hog roast is cooked and ready to serve it is the most beautifully lean tender and succulent meat with possibly the best crackling you will ever taste.

We can provide as much or as little as you need.  From a simple hog or lamb roast served in our freshly baked Ciabatta rolls to a full buffet of salads or seasonal vegetables.  Gazebos and Marquees are also available upon request.
